Nosferatu studies

I call these characters "vampires" for the lack of a better label, but for me it is something more vague. These characters often appear in my work, but can be different things depending on the setting, for example they can be twisted chaos worshipers, dark side acolytes, sorcerers transcending their humanity, or entities from a different plane of existence trying (but failing) to assume human shape. Most obviously inspired by the visual aesthetic of butoh theater and some depictions of vampires in cinema, the characteristic aspects are pale misshapen heads (as if cast from wax or resin) and bodies disguised in flamboyant but minimalistic drapes.
