Lard

Two short story illustration variants, picked, but unused for reasons outside of the images themselves(they decided not to use illustrations in general). The story is focused on an internal conflict of a detective protagonist with some terrible, but empowering secret hidden in his feet. However unused, I personally enjoyed the result and working with this kind of cold autumn mood.

Sketch. Here I included tow characters in a scene, the protagonist with a cigarette, and his boss, who is blackmailing him. For me this particular variant felt too descriptive as I prefer taking one dominant motif and expanding upon it.
